By accessing or using KNKI Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KNKI Tools provides digital self-discovery tools including personality quizzes, checklists, and assessment reports. Some features are free; premium features require credits purchased through our platform.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are digital tokens used to unlock premium features. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits have been consumed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service. You may not create multiple accounts to exploit free features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and reports generated by the Service are owned by KNKI Tools. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use your reports for private purposes.

7. Disclaimer

Our tools are for educational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or relationship advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

KNKI Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
